The House carries the quiet charm of old Athenian homes featuring high ceilings, hand-finished details, and warm textures brought back with care, to bring out that distinct Athenian flair. Heritage here is reimagined. Timeless Athens meets modern comfort in a hub curated to eat, live, and belong.

At the heart of it all is Taverna Ermou on the ground floor. The tables are welcoming, and the food is honest, rooted in memory without shortcuts or pretence. The Taverna revives the old Athenian vibe, where people used to gather around tables in a little yard or a street, sharing wine and meze dishes.
